Experience Matters, Meet the Team

Laura Fennelly, Director: Laura has more than 20 years’ experience working in construction and ten years in retail banking (link). Laura is responsible for Reach back office operations including PAYE and CIS payment systems, compliance procedures and investment in cutting edge technology. Recent ICT innovations have delivered outstanding cost savings and service enhancements, all of which are of direct benefit to contractors, subcontractors and workers alike.

Roy Tait, Director: Roy has over 20 years’ senior management experience spanning construction and business process outsourcing. He is responsible for co-ordinating and integrating new contracts and ensuring contractor clients are kept ‘in the loop’ regarding important industry and business change. Iain Smith, Solicitor: Iain has over 20 years’ post qualified experience spanning employment, property and contract law and liaises with our tax and employment law advisors to ensure that best practice advice is reflected in our processes and procedures. Iain’s strengths include the rare ability to communicate, and make understood, complex technical legal issues to non-specialist colleagues and clients alike.

Gordon Orengo, ICT Projects: Gordon has over 30 year’s experience spanning Telecommunications, IT infrastructure, retail and financial services. He has worked at Terminal 5, on one of the UK’s most high profile infrastructure projects, and honed his first class communication skills and client consulting skills with both tier 1 and tier 2 contractors. Gordon has project managed rollout of: new payment, CRM and accounting systems; and has put in place and successfully tested our business continuity plan.

Penelope Gibberd, Compliance: Penelope is responsible for speaking with all our subcontractors and ensuring that contracts and documentation meet her exacting compliance standards.
